How Much?

Ello,
Been talking to Alex @ Pinks....(Yes this is going to be expensive lol!

)

Basically I've seen a Reign Frameset with 6" of sweet travel,and I want to buy it.
So I'm now thinking of selling my Trek Frame with the Fox shock Botranger crank with egg beaters Deore rearmech and Xt front mech some lights,seat post and a few other bits and bobs.Question is how much do i ask for them?
More Importantly is there anyone intrested in them?

6" travel, personnally I think is it worth getting that type of frame for the odd trip to Wales when I'd imagine a bike like that will be hard going up Woburn every week.......................but its your money/decision.

Bearing in mind you can get a previous years Fuel for about £650 new I reckon you would get about £200ish for the frame.

I'm sure others will have a different view.

STW links are from the guy I bought it from.....

Think I'll ask £200 for it.
I'm thinking if I get this Reign Frameset it will then do me for a good couple of years,as for the hard going around Woburn,yeah it could be,but then again it will just get me fitter.I am thinking of atleast going away riding once a month to different places so I want some thing that can do the whole shurbang.
I can't afford to buy a complete bike as I can't afford £1900 for one.
Alex has offered me a very good price on a new frame,plus I can swap my crank brakes n gears etc over.
I reckon I'll end up paying about £600 in the end...Which to me seems like a good deal.

I was probably the wrong person to comment anyway seeing I was tackling the Black runs on Sunday on a hardtail with 80mm forks and flat bars!

Look forward to seeing you come flying past me on it down some of the hills.

Good idea to swap the bits over as it saves loads of cash.

Trouble with chicksands now is most it has been pulled down Crying or Very sad

Something to do with new guidelines that stuff has to be built out of treated timber. Will have to go to Aston hill Razz
