| Hi Guys,
Sunday's ride, true to form, is from the cafe at 10 for two hours. Get there early for a cup of tea, bacon sarnie and a chat at 9.30.

| Guys, there are a few new guys looking to come up on Sunday so could you have a look out for them?
For a route this may help:
From the cafe back up the hill. Round the bend on the left, through the big gates. Right half way down the track, follow round to the start of the TREK TRAIL. Do both halves of the TREK TRAIL, at the bottom, go round the fishing lake. Over the road, through the gate. Down the sandy descent to the farm, and climb back up the hill into Great Brickhill. Back through the horse paddocks, and back upto the A5. Over the A5 and turn left through the gate where we normally come out of. Then go the opposite way round the "Ups & Downs" (did this last week and it was pretty good) Quick spint down the roller coaster, then work your way back.
