SWAP Hope Mono Mini 2 160 front brake with post mount for IS

Ok I know its a long shot however.

I've just bought some new forks and I'm looking to swap a front Mono mini 2 160 post mount with an IS mount. If anyone can help or has an IS caliper kicking around that they fancy selling.

Ah yes there is that option although I then have to buy another disc (adapter places the caliper 20mm away from the fork leg) and by that time I'm into the cost of a second hand unit.

Hmm, that one is for a 160mm disc

I used the 183mm one.
