| Hi,
Yes still available, used twice, This will really enhance your ride.
I thought you did really well last Sun, esp in such muddy conditions.
Did you get any cleats with your shoes? if not, I think i have a spare of set I can throw in.
I am over at Thetford this Sunday, but if you want to pick them up before your wood ride Sunday it's not a problem.
Cheers Gary |

| Gary, the cleats come with the pedals not the shoes.
I have a spare pair somewhere I think if you don't have any. _________________ Ride it like you've stolen it......... Litespeed Niota Just the ONE |

| Cool, someone new trying SPDs.......I'll get the camera then !! Comedy moment ahoy !
My best one was on my road bike, and not realising that my pedals were too tight. I had to pull up against a car, and flop onto the side of the car pressing my head up against the window at the traffic lights.
Scared the SHIT out of the driver !!! _________________ Ride it like you've stolen it......... Litespeed Niota Just the ONE |

| My best "spd" moment was coming to a stop unclipping my left foot then falling right |
