Hi,

Yes still available, used twice, This will really enhance your ride.

I thought you did really well last Sun, esp in such muddy conditions.

Did you get any cleats with your shoes? if not, I think i have a spare of set I can throw in.

I am over at Thetford this Sunday, but if you want to pick them up before your wood ride Sunday it's not a problem.

Gary, the cleats come with the pedals not the shoes.

I have a spare pair somewhere I think if you don't have any.

Cool, someone new trying SPDs.......I'll get the camera then !! Comedy moment ahoy ! Laughing

My best one was on my road bike, and not realising that my pedals were too tight. I had to pull up against a car, and flop onto the side of the car pressing my head up against the window at the traffic lights.

Scared the SHIT out of the driver !!! lol!

I think they are normally £39.99 but £15 is good. no cleats I'm affraid.
I'll bring them up the woods Sunday.

You dont want a SLR XC saddle really good nic, yours for £25?
